1. Copy of VAT registration certificate
2. A detailed company profile
3. List of products and services
4. A copy of the CR14 (clearly showing directorship)
5. Management profile
6. Copy of the certificate of incorporation
7. Trade license (where applicable)
8. Valid tax clearance certificate

Please note that a non-refundable fee of US$10 is required for each category, and proof of payment must be attached below. All ZWG payments must be made at the official exchange rate prevailing on the transaction date.
